2018 US Championships Sr. Ladies FS

OMG! I can't wait to watch Polina skate on Bilitis. The first and last skater I watched skating on this music is Denise Bielmann. I loved the music so much, I watched Bilitis (movie) on youtube, and bought all Francis Lai's music CDs. He is the guy behind Love story classic tune, and a few other movies with beautiful music.
according to the skating order icenetworks is posting, she withdrew. too bad.

It almost feels like something wrong happened 'backstage'. I had the impression they were killing time and drawing things out as long as possible

ETA: Oh thank goodness, finally the warmup group 3 is on!

HOF ceremony was about 30 min, then they had the clear the ice before zamboni break.

The only reason I'm not going to bed is because I know I'll just lay awake thinking about this lol. Granted, I am already in bed because it's 2am and if I fall asleep watching, at least I tried.

NBC: Why does no one watch figure skating anymore?

Also NBC: Let's drag a 1 hour show into 3 hours with meaningless fluff about their favorite colors and historical asides - the young kids love that stuff!

"Where's your head tonight?"

Yeah because that's the question a skater preparing to head on the ice to attempt to qualify to the OLYMPICS wants floating through their mind.

Correct answer - Ready to skate tonight and take one thing at a time but not rush.

I want Karen and Ashley to well so bad, but I don't think Karen is going.

I would love Karen to get a place, but it is up to the Skating Gods at this point.. she is ill really does not help :(

I am kind of curious on the LALA land program, one of my most looking forward to program all season.

I am becoming big Shae-Lynn Bourne fan.

I agree....I know I'd have a very hard time watching people go for the Olympics and not be out there trying.....I will say that I think this break from skating is something that she needed. She can always return next year if she truly misses the sport.

I definitely would too.

But it seems she's got her feet solidly on the ground and she knows what the score is when it comes down to everything. If anything her being there this week may show she's on the right path of recovery. Skating glory isn't do or die as she may have previously thought and she can have some peace of mind. It takes courage :)

I wish Tara, Johnny, and Terry would stop bringing up 2014 like they did in the SP. The past is gone! The future is NOW!

Here's hoping for a wonderful final Ladies group tonight! Love them all! :luv17:

Special shout out to my baby girl:

GO MIRAI!! YOU GOT THIS!! ROTATE ROTATE ROTATE!! And EXPRESS yourself! :hap10::cheer:
