Courtney has improved so much artistically the last couple of years. Shame on the jumps.

I think the programs she's put together this season are easily among the best COP-era programs. She's able to squeeze some creativity and nuance out of scoring system that's designed to strangle both.

I love they are all clearly conceptually different, intelligent and well put together... she seems to consider the skater's repertoire in order to bring something new, while making them look good in the process, maturing, moving forward.

It is a totally different approach to Lori, who takes what is known already about the skater, and focus on these to make her choreography look good, built on something already existing instead of building and developing them new. She also recycles which is just artistically lazy. I know which approach is more genuinely artistic and difficult to achieve, hence deserve more PCS on a like by like basis. Although I must say Lori did have a couple of nice programs this year compare with previous. I like her work for Nathen and Han Yan
