That was a nice half loop in the combo it didn't look like an accidental step out.

Say what you want about the outfit -- it could very much match the medal if he skates like that in PC.

Love the command he has on the ice and some lovely jumps too. If he had gotten that 4F, and added the 4S in place of the 3L, the score would have been even crazier!

Pretty solid skate by Shoma, but, as I have said in other threads, he just does not do it for me as a skater. It all feels so put on, like a little kid trying to be serious (That's not a slam on how he looks, which he obviously can't help). People critique Mirai for having a dead/blank face, but he does too, for the vast majority of his skate. I also can't deal with how his cheated jumps are never penalized. The costume is just hideous, and it does nothing to lengthen him.

Have you just said Shoma's expressiveness is as low as Mirai's
Also, regarding "cheated jumps", have you been watching Koola King videos?
