I think Valentina Marchei had a similar dress last season.
And the Spanish skate to an Italian song, so this has to be some sort of Italian aesthetics

Hey I hear you on Vladimir! I like him a lot He's a bit awkward, but hey that's part of his charm.

I did like the Spainards! Lovely accessorising with the polka dot hair tie to go with the dress!
