In this kind of cases it is difficult for the public to decide who is right and who is wrong. It will put a bad light on Plushenko. At the end of the day, Yagudin could have undersigned a contract before it was established were it takes place.
Also this kind of washing of clothes in public might bring satisfaction at the first moment but it is not a solution for ling term.

They sent it their fans. Yagudin fans will forgive Alexei and Plush,Yana knew it. Most of the Russians don't care about it. After your words it seems Yagudin can do whatever he wants against Plush as he did many times in the past. Plush invited him his 30th birthday show because he wanted to Yagudin be there. They have common past. But after 2012 Yagudin started to attack Plush. Plush ignored those little stings he responded Yag in November 2013.

I can imagine their feelings when they learned Yagudin was there! How much Yagudin wanted to ruin Plush' legacy after Sochi! And it was almost succesful. But thanks God there are many Russians who understood what happened. And do you know what is the funniest thing? In 2014 some months later Yagudin said in an interview that was a right choice to send Plush to Sochi OG. He just had to call and apologize Plush.

I'm confused...so was Yags invited or not? If so, who invited him? Because...like seriously anyone who works with Plushy and knows the story would have known better than that!

If Yags wasn't invited though, how exactly did he get in there? It doesn't look like the sort of place you can just walk into and throw your skates on.

It's a shame though all this bad blood However, from what I know of the story it's mostly on Yags, he's the one who claimed Plushy was faking in Sochi, while at the same time saying no injury was bad enough to withdraw (despite the fact that Yags himself withdrew from his last competition with injury - good thing he did too, his hip was only just hanging on) and that Plushy basically stole Maxim K's spot. Now a days Yags says that Plushy was the right choice to send to Sochi, but as far as I know he's never directly apologised, in which case just showing up like that at the Academy is a jerk move.

Quite a schmoozle though, that's for sure.

Ah, I see, that makes a little more sense. Although I'd have thought when Yags found out where the gig was he'd would have been like "Uh, this is a bit too awkward for me..." I mean the rink boards have Plushy's name all over them!

I can't really blame Plushy and Yana for being upset about it, although from what I've seen on the Instagram post a lot of people don't agree! I hope this doesn't cause too much bad press!

Sorry, for me this is no class. They should have kept the satisfaction to watch Yagudin having to skate on their rink, have a laugh and be done with it. Also, he is now a coach, how he choose to quarrel with influencing people might impact his students as well, he should be more careful about what he says.

Ah, I see what you mean - it's like Plushy forgot that his Instagram is read by a whole heap of people - this is probably more of a "Can you BELIEVE this guy?!" conversation you'd have with your friends.

Although the organisers of the thing should probably know the whole Yags-Plushy story (who doesn't know it Russia? It's probably a legend there ) and either picked another rink or another skater. It was a bit rude of them, I suppose they did pay to use the rink though...

Having said that, does Yags have much influence in the competitive figure skating world? It's not like Plushy picked a fight with TAT or Eteri. (Although I guess TAT could get annoyed on Yags's behalf, he is still her favourite!)

hmmm. But Yagudin was classy then.. That was much more serious than this, don't you think? I remember Yana told Plush could survive the attacks with the love of the little Sasha.. I remember I clouldn't sleep. I felt that that was too unfair!

What did you wait? I have experience how the Russians are thinking. Many of them believe Plushy faked the injury. So they believe Yagudin has right to do those attacks. They will defend Yagudin.

But they hate Adelina, Medvedeva, and many more famous Russians.

As I said they have lots of fans they don't care about those people who hate them. They are incredible rich celebrities and there are millions of Russians who love them especially Zhenya.

1. not so many shows, not many "Tv channels"
2. Evgeni or Mishin were the guests in some of those shows (not Yagudin), they only switched on TV link-up with Yagudin when they wanted to switch it on.

And that was the most awful thing when he lied his family was threatened by Yana but he already knew that was Vovan pranker's joke.

Rudkovskaya was threatening somebody indeed. It is her problem, not Yagudin's. Yagudin was polite and patient, when he talked to Rudkovskaya's voice.

Probably you came the story later and you are Alexei fan. But I was living in every moment, step by step. I remember perfectly. And you can check this whole story Plushenko's official site in different threads with articles, links even today. You couldn't explain Yag's actions.

But I want to say something to you. I don't think Evgeni Plushenko is a saint or something and I wanted to see them in peace as they were to 2013!!!! They were in same shows Plush invited Yag his BD show, they were TV hosts in same TV show. And what happened later that wasn't Plush's fault. He had no reasons to attack Alexei because didn't change anything in Yag's life.... But after Yag's attacks in 2014 and those were in darkest days of Evgeni's life and I said Alexei wanted to riun Evgeni's whole legacy. That was clear. So I understand Yana's hate who shows how much love his husband. Maybe they should have done what QueenOfTheRoad recommended...But I understand them.

I sincerely say: I have a dream Alexei Yagudin and Evgeni Plushenko reconcile and forgive each other!!!! They are in same ice shows in same TV shows!!!
