Russian junior pairs Labazina/Rakhmanin split up, and so did Atakhanova/Volodin (Amina Atakhanova apparently retired because of long-term reoccurring injury). Labazina was said to be trying out with Volodin but no news how it is going and whether they will skate together.

Russian junior pair Kvartalova/Sviatchenko split up. He already has a new partner, she is still on Russian ice partner search.

More re U.S. ice dance:

DelCamp/Gart: apparently have split or retired.

The status of Caroline and Gordon Green is unknown. They are not on the 2019-2020 U.S. Figure Skating international selection pool list, but the reason has not come to light.

I am *not* trying to encourage speculation about the Greens in this thread. (Or in any thread, for that matter.) Quite the opposite.​

Similarly, Deanna Stellato-Dudek and Nathan Bartholomay are also missing from the selection pool list, as was mentioned in the US Pairs Thread.

Nooo :sad4: I was a fan of Miu and Ryuichi. I am glad I got to see them live at Finlandia. I wish I could have gone to them, tell them I liked them and asked for a photo and sig, but I was too busy trying to relocate from the practice rink (men) to the main one (pairs) and back again to manage that. Hopefully Ryuichi recovers and they both form new pairs! This is a sad period for Japanese pairs and ice dance as there are so few teams, and each split is a considerable loss.

Although, I had a feeling that something was up because both partnerships representing Cyprus were competing pretty much continuously for the first half of the season, and then it was just Kudriavtseva / Karankevich competing continuously in the second half of the season.

Such a shame, because I was looking forward to see how both of the partnerships got on in Juniors next season.

I wish Maria and Nikita all the best for the future.

Thanks. But neither were on IcePartner Search nor was there any split of any kind. There is a Zachary Freedman on there so perhaps mistaken identity (I had to take a double take initially too).
