As for Gleb, he had a stellar season so far, and with the volatility of the Russian men RusFed should get him to an international senior competition asap to get tech minimums for Euros and Worlds just in case. Who knows, maybe we'll see the Mishin skaters at Golden Spin, but that's cutting it pretty close to Nationals.

I think it’s JGPF winner or JrWorlds medalist. So if JGPF doesn’t work out, he’ll still have a shot at JrWorlds.
He can also skate another junior season. I am all for that.
So they're eligible for selection, but there's nothing guaranteed. I believe there used to be some kind of guaranteed spots for junior medalists, but there has not been for a few seasons now.

Kolyada will almost certaily retire. There is no reason yet to think others will.Omg, I am so, so happy those three got Zagreb
Also, in terms of post-Olympic retirements, I dunno if it would be true for Russian men. Their 20+s are younger 20s, and they all seem to have been building up just now, and none of them seemed to have maxed out. Like, I wouldn’t want any of them to retire yet… even though their 17 to 20 is brimming with the hopefuls. I mean, particularly after seeing Samarin’s direction in NHK and Ignatov’s clean skate… like, I know, Samarin for one, looks like a dream coach… but like, a season without trying to figure out his musical meanderings and watching his huge jumps is no season. And I am all for Aliev to go Phoenix.
I think he might chase a world championship if he senses there is a possibility. I don't think he will go for another Olympic cycle, but he will maybe do a couple more worlds and Europeans. It also depends the state of the Russian men and his health.
