If he wants Euros and Worlds, he'll need to do the first half of the season as well. Nobody's going to be giving out those spots like candy considering the internal competition.
He'll be 27 this season. I don't think he's commented on it, but this seems to be the general understanding. Mishin mentioned early last season that him+Kolyada is a two-year project. Of course it's possible they will extend it, but we shouldn't forget Mishin himself may want to retire. And whether Kolyada has the mental if not physical energy to continue I am not sure.

Of course he'll have to do first half of season. Hence why I suggest he'll compete for another 2 seasons - with the aim of going for a world/European championship.

Heh, the balloons from the last week are still fine, so addition of the IdF balloons for tomorrow made for a fun living room. Cat’s panicking. Mozalev got the biggest balloon, sorry not sorry! All other supplies are lined up. Whatever happens, I’m not gonna cry

Is this a typo or is my English reading comprehension failing me? Or is Ilya's love for ice cream rubbing off on his team mate?
I can't even be mad at Erokhov, he's achieved so much this season already. First international competition after three years, he did great. Also, now I want some sorbet.

Nah, it’s my wording. I am guarding the carton of sorbet with my life, because I have a teenager who has absolutely no respect for my carefully build line of defences for today and made moves to break the seal… and, yes, I was tempted to join with Erokhov’s Axel. but held off. With all the Grand Prix and Challenger excitement, let's not forget about the guys performing at Cup of Russia.

Aww no I was just looking at the Junior Men's line up for Stage 5 of the Russian Cup and Kirill Sarnovsky is no longer listed 
In fact there's no Kirills at all! Spooky.

The cat deflated Mozalev’s balloon. We are no longer on speaking terms with the cat, and Mozalev got a replacement balloon. It now says Andrei to fool the cat, in case the cat evolved and it was a choice, not a random event. But, there are like 21 balloons.

I sincerely hope they aren't thinking of putting the 4S in at the JGPF. So far adding a quad has resulted in a meltdown. Kirill's time hasn't come yet. The best thing he can do is to make a good impression, then concentrate on growing his PCS, getting better consistency on his 3A and gradually adding quads once they become reliable. But you know the Russian press, always wanting more.
I was looking forward to seeing him though because he's my fave. Ah well the JGPF will sneak up on us very quickly.

I am all for not rushing them into seniors or gaining jumps too fast. I am guessing (hoping) that next year Kutovoy will begin competing again… I am secretly hoping they will make JWC 2023 though I will be happy to cheer on whoever gets to compete.

By the way, does anyone know who of the Russian men will participate at Universiade in December in Switzerland? The timing is not ideal, since the competition is literally days before RusNats, but I can't believe that the Russians will skip it completely. Of the ladies, Sonia Samodurova and Nastia Guliakova said on social media that they will go, though I think in principle there are three slots per country and discipline. Maybe Team Mishin will also send some guys, perhaps Andrei Lazukin or Gleb Lutfullin (is he at uni already?)

2024 would probably be better since I don't really see them turning senior before 2024-2025.I am all for not rushing them into seniors or gaining jumps too fast. Well, 2023 is supposed to be held where I live, so I am not exactly without an ulterior motive.
And the second in the free despite PCSs being the 4th lowest.
