2023 JGP Budapest Women's Free Skate

Wow Ted, really? "Japan skaters have inspired a new breed of skater." Way to erase the contributions of the Russian skaters. And Brandenburg in particular skates with clear Russian influence. Excluding the Russian skaters is one thing, erasing them is not fair nor right.
I don't think that was what Ted was saying at all. He was acknowledging that she is from SUI. But Anastasia Brandenberg is an excellent skater, with very nice elements . I am wishing I had her higher in my predictions. She is the product of several fine coaches and choreographers.

Coach: Linda Van Troyen, Sindra Kriisa
Choreographer: Benoit Richaud, Eteri Tutberidze, Danil Gleikhengauz

Haruna MURAKAMI JPN in lime green and carribean blue to Australia. Oh dear miss on lutz to start. 3S-3T followed by 2A. Compact jumping style, neat but not huge, not a lot of room for error.

She is a very typical Panova skater, very elegant with good posture, but small jumps. Her scores are very dependent on the goodwill of the technical panel, and that is very hard mentally on a young skater.

Stefania GLADKI FRA skate to Inverno Porteno in black and royal blue. Oops on the 3L but very nice job. I missed a lot of her skate responding to another post. I will have to rewatch this one later.

Not as clean as she can, and has, skated this program, but still quite well done. Nice positions in the spins, particularly on the Camel spin, and nice flow on her jumps
