2025 World Figure Skating Championships Free Dance

The Mrazek's score is also a bit of a puzzle to me at the moment (I don't know what the protocols will show).
CPom vis a vis the LaLas is the one that stands out to me. Smart/Dieck’s high score to me is more a reflection of their having had two truly outstanding programs this year.
Fear & Gibson, I think the handwriting has been on the wall for a long, long time, since they were the charming upstart Disco Brits.

I expect Chock and Bates to retire after the Olympics, which is before the next Worlds. Piper and Paul might hang on to try to take the gold at Worlds, but I wouldn't expect them to continue for another olympic quarter.
I hope Guignard and Fabbri will go to the next worlds. I don't want this event to be their last ever one (not that I know how many years they plan to compete for)

Said it before....the dance I will watch again is Piper and Paul's. Madison and Evan are great but I just don't get the same connection. Charlene seemed pretty unhappy. That robot FD was never a big point getter.

Boston crowd was great and really shows the importance of skaters picking music that connect with the audience and then performing their hearts out.

Not for long. If they want to start family, Charlene doesn't have much time.

oh please LOL... remove the Canadian judge... and leave the American judge who had Piper and Paul in 5th place for the RD.

I know it doesn't work on merit... and it's a draw ;) but wow.

BTW... some may disagree with me but I had called it... the TP hammered Piper and Paul and even LaLa's twizzles... I am failing to see which feature they didn't get for level 4. Can anyone enlighten me ?
my first post on this thread

;) my last post on this thread too

OK.. i heard wrong... :) i guess my head is buzzing after all of this.

thanks for the correction

funniest part is that I even mentioned that Prague is a beautiful city when some people said they were planning to go to next year's worlds LOL
Still, it is a bit of an annual showdown between the Italians and Brits. :cheeky:
I saw a few here predict F/G to win, but they messed up hugely and got overtaken by Evgenia and Geoffrey.

Detailed marks

USA, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Ukraine and Slovakia for Chock/Bates
China, Korea and Italy for Gilles/Poirier
Ukrainian judge had Fear/Gibson over Gilles/Poirier
For the sake of the South Korean judge, bette for her not to cross paths with Charlene Guignard in the hotel

Charlene and Marco are disappointed and feel that the judging was too harsh for how they skated.
She's in tears, he acknowledges some problems on the twizzles.
They say that being dumped by the judges hurts. They felt that the RD was not their best, but they trusted their FD.
Marco adds that the season was difficult and they need to rest.
I missed the whole thing! But yeah it feels like the judges are telling them to pack it in.

Forget the Twizzles Marco, they gave you a Level 1 for your Pattern Step!

Ugh, imagine having to bring this defeat into the season when the Olympics is in your home country? Fun.

But hey Boston sprang for real flags!
