Daria Lebedeva tried both 4S and 4T but unfortunately both attempts were unsuccessful.

Akatieva is out. Hopefully not injury, but I suspect her form is probably still pretty bad and doesn't want to show up falling on triples and jumping 3-2 combos. She is having the same end to her career at Maya Khromykh.

Maybe Akatieva should change coach it's just not working and hasn't for nearly 2.5 year now.

Yes it probably doesn't change anything if she's jumping 3-2 combos. If she can never recover quads or a triple axel, she still needs consistent triples like Gushchina and Frolova which she hasn't had for a while.

Compared to the rest of what I've seen today it might as well be prime Valieva.

She really improved, at the start of the season she still had troubles but now she is moving among the top juniors.

Brilliant performance the second time she has really impressed me this season. She didn't make such an impression in the past.

Dzepka fell from second 4T again but otherwise beautiful artistic performance again. Just some landings looked little unstable to me.

I can't stay seated while watching those of Dzepka's caliber. I am overjoyed with every landing. I hoped so powerfully for a clean skate. It would be a much needed disarmament for me this season. If I could only announce her as the best and abandon this issue entirely. She should bar Sadkova from discussion per programming alone. Alas the games are still open.
