All things considered I think Daria was beautiful today.

Question: Why are two high-level AoP skaters in a row earning level 2 spins? This is now a pattern.

I knew that axel was cooked based on how much speed she lost in the entry.

Pulina is very artistic girl, with light skating and smooth moves, pity about those mistakes.

Daria is an interesting skater. I like her intimate, flowy style, but she has a few quirks to get rid of.

Adelia's 3F-3Lo looked nice in yesterday's warm up.

The single 4T smells of weakness. Time is running out quickly. Two months on from the Beijing qualifier and only the smallest of improvements from that skate.

Mazur almost definitely finishes 7th. I wonder if it earns her another stage? Does she have enough reputation for it to play a role?

I'd be more shocked if Alina lands this 4S than Adelia landing the 4T.

It definitely was. The first ladies' warm-up group at stages was always bad. I'm looking at the scores for stages from 23/24 and it was the same.

What I agree with is that the program quality in general has decreased in quality. The weak skaters are less interesting to watch because of it. Even the strong skaters are. I think Mazur, Tretiakova and Pulina were all fine though. Frankly we weren't getting Mazurs in the first group during 23/24.

Adelia will be the second Russian girl to land a quad at age 18 or higher right? Obviously first Team Tut skater.

Oooh got it. Didn't look too hard either, maybe she'll go for a second if she puts a 2T on the end.
