I was trying to be kind to the US, but yes, after watching Korean Jrs and Seniors and US Jrs and Seniors, I can say I was never bored watching Korean comps....I watched very little of the qual comps the US now has. I have no idea why artisty is so unimportant to US skaters....and why it is so important to Asian ones.

Chaeyeon is special as many Korean skaters are to me. It was wonderful to see her and Hae-in and Ye-lim at Four Conts 2023, from the front row sitting next to PaulE. Its also hard as you dont want any of them to "not win" . I recorded the NBC coverage of that comp and still go back and watch it. Had the pleasure of talking with Korean fans there also.

FYI I show that Day 4 has been taken down from youtube by SME for copywrite infringement in "my country". So I tried Netherlands to Bhutan and it says the same thing. I know my VPN is working as I can watch the youtube senior grand prix. I used JewelskatersCross to show the final flights to my wife. Does KSU just let them operate autonomously?

JewelskatersCross and HeeYuHee are basically semi-official, they have been uploading for 10+ years and the KSU knows their existence and how they never harm and only help Korean FS

You are absolutly right that they can only help the KSU. Thankfully, the music industry AI bots hadnt taken them down, or if they did, they only took down the "offending skater(s)" I dont have the energy to try and find the "offending" skater on the last day.

Ref Miss Lee. We may disagree but you do bring up a very interesting point. Do skaters know the plot of or listen to the words and context of the music they skate to. ? Well, they and the choros and the coaches of course should. But then we have Fumie Suguri who mostly skated to serious classical music with a sad expression and then skates to "Dont cry for me Argentina" as a gala program and smiles.Short summary after rewatching last group:
Jia:Easily her best skate in last two years.Technically clean.Choreo part getting better but still nowhere close 15 year old Shin.Deserved high points and Olympic spot.Korean number one and it's not even close right now.
Yujae:Not counting 3A it was super solid skate.Not that spectacular as her short but really on point technically and with presentation part.Deserved silver
Chaeyeon: Thought it was really good skate and liked that Stsq finally improved,but after seeing every jump being noted by judges it really really looks miserable.Maybe i was bias too much while cheering
Seojin:Solid skate technically not gonna lie,but there wasn't much into choreo.Really liked the long one leg skate tru stsq
Haien: What was that tragedy Miss Lee???Did you even listen to the music? Why are we skating in slow motion and moving like we don't want to be there??? Also technic aspect was so low level....

Ashun:Really weak skate.Super slow on the ice with not much interpratation overall.Few UR.Not the dream skate you can ask for.
I suppose this all falls under "music interpretation. " Then we have Mone skating a wonderful short program about a lady who is...what is the socially acceptable term? Lets just say "desireous of a sexual encounter" according to the lyrics so i got nothin.
