I can't find her age....but she was in 5th grade in 2013, so she should be 12 right now. If her birthday is before 7/1 this year, I assume she may qualify.

yes, you are correct. If you click the post marked #1 (titled KB금융 코리아 피겨스케이팅 Championships 2015 대회결과 및 2일째경기 스타팅오더), look for the box marked "첨부파일" with file names on the right. The first file is the Jr Ladies SP results/protocols, the second is both junior and senior mens results/protocols, and the third is the starting order for Day 2's events.

Note that the starting order file is in Korean.
