At the start of the season, if I had predicted Joshua to be the leading US man at 4CCs, how many of you would have laughed? You can be honest, I don't mind. :)

Now excuse me while I go weep for Andrew in a corner somewhere.

(Actually, it's bedtime.)

Oh okay. Didn't watch much of Euros.

Jason is not doing the quad in the FS, so he can focus on a clean program!

Good job Misha and Denis Is doing so far!

I really thought you meant Larry "the cable guy" and he had lots of work to do to increase the stream quality for the FS :slink:

I hadn't actually thought of that, but yes, a lot of work does need to be done to improve the stream quality!

If you want to see what we were talking about, here is "Larry's" SP and FS.

That was a great SP. Bummed that Jason is in 9th, but I think he can move up in the FS. Ironic that the US man who didn't attempt the quad is the highest ranking right now. Risk/reward as they say.

I don't think I would have laughed about it, probably more like... I was still REALLY blind and stupid around that time

Technically, none of the US men did a quad :slink:

It always makes me happy to see Denis do well. Hopefully this performance level can continue into the Free Skate for him. When his jumps are on he is very competitve but TBH he is one of not so many that I'd be content watching him skate without a single jump pass

Yuzuru Hanyu 101,45 Sochi 2014
Patrick Chan 98,52 Bompard 2013
Tatsuki Machida 98,21 WC 2014

He is the 4th best score!

Yay for Yan and D10! wonderful to see so many people doing so well after just reading some bad news:slink: hope they can being it for the FS:cheer:

I was in love with his LP last year, but I would have to admit I'd write you off. He doesn't have a good competitive history either nationally or internationally.

But, oh boy, I'm glad I was so wrong! Best SP of the season!
