This is the first ever skater from Hong Kong to make it to free skate in HISTORY in any of the four disciplines!

And that was a great skate.

That reminds me, what about countries that don't have enough good skaters to use two or three spots? Like I'm pretty sure Misha's the only Uzbekistani skater so what happens if he gets in the top ten?

This was a nice skate, Ronald Lam! I think he'll break the finishing at the bottom of the scoreboard voodoo.

Then they just don't use their spots.

Good job, Lam. The coach was so excited.

If no other skater has the minimum TES they forfeit the spot(s)...Spain is a good example of this
 
No seriously...that awkward moment your costume looks almost the same as Maxim Kotvun's from last year.
