Mirai is now on par with the other women: Gracie had a decent Skate America, Ashley had a fantastic Skate Canada, and Polina had a great Nationals. Their other competitions? Great short and bombed the long or vice versa. Or both in the same competition.

I think Rika's program would be great without Rika in it if that make sense sorry... but it is a nice work in progress and good experience program - ie moving in the right direction to improve artistry.

You need spirit, showmanship, charisma and wild abandonment to carry that off.

Go Rika, the first combination was really an unlucky mistake but the rest of the performance was really good, good she goes in second!!!!
