Sure, they can send whatever they like, though sadly the periscoping I’ve seen so far has been mostly about see ME Periscope is still a pretty new toy. Can’t wait for serious amateurs to use it
With Nathan out he's clearly the frontrunner and most likely to win. But he is also a hot and cold skater, but then again, so are the other contenders (Aliev, Samohin, Deniss, etc.)
I will say that I wouldn't mind Deniss winning Junior Worlds (if he's even competing there...I know he's going to Worlds but not sure about both), when he skates well the judges really reward him, as evidenced by his outpacing the other medalists by around 4 points in PCS in the FS here. He really has a lot of performance quality and charisma for a 16 year old.
