Not sure it's a perm. He said that's how his haired naturally is when when it's that long. His hair is quite curly when short.

I really think W/P need better programs. This felt like a let down after V/M and G/P, and not because W/P are worse skaters.

oh, did not know this...anyway - it looks quite 'permy' and it makes a hilarious combo with mustache
