2017 Four Continents Men FS

If other sports used figure skating's philosophy of rewarding jump attempts : in basketball you get a point for hitting the rim; in baseball if you hit a foul ball you still get to take a base because you made contact; in football you dropped the pass but you still get the first down.

I've had my issues with Patrick but it hurts my feelings when he falls during that program because it's so gorgeous and well constructed.

Patrick is making mistakes, but some of his elements so perfect the audience gasped. +3

not the FS he was looking for, I think.

Better than in the short Patrick... too bad about the REP for the 3A.. good thinking putting the combo at the end of the flip.

I think this is first place for now but i doubt it will go much higher...

Beautiful skating, but the jumps are really killing the program for me, especially since there isn't much energy in the program. Skating skills still amazing, but Boyang's BV will put him ahead.

He's clearly saving the clean skate for worlds, guys.
I'm sad i'll never get to see him compete live, lol. His skating is still unreal in 2d.

He skates so beautifully, and his jumps are also so pleasing to watch when he lands them. But there are just too many mistakes here and there...:(

You really gotta know that it's an absolute lie when Boyang Jin is thrown PCS higher than Misha Ge's!!! :disapp: :noshake:  :scratch2: :palmf: :roll9:
