omg people are so evil when it comes to Konstantinova.
I thought she had a wonderful presence and emoted well despite the mistake. There's this aura of confidence and energy that just drags you into her.

Her skating was so rushed, but she is indeed a very promising skater. Seems that she seldom rises to the occasion in crunch time.

her FP is equally amazing.
At any rate, Gubanova was not good at BOTH nationals. Get over it, people.

Stasya's FP feels rushed. I have impression that she has to catch up with the music, especially in the last part of the program. Gubanova broke the world record with her FP at the GPF. I will wait and see if Stasya could break anything tomorrow with hers. Not that Gubanova should be sent here regardless of her bad result at Nationals, but I am still frustrated.

It felt all fake to me. Rehearsed. And it's not projected out. The choreography is so busy that it felt like she was just trying to get through it, as it was rehearsed, rather than perform it.

YMMV of course.

Of course it was rehearsed, it's simple an acting. But sometimes your acting is better, and sometimes is not. That's the reason scores can variate for same skater in the same program component from competition to competition.
