Rika also seems a bit slower than earlier this season. Her spins have come a long way tho, good job on getting the levels

She could be so great if she just skated clean but it approximately never happens.

Rika's jumps have quite the lean in the air. But that combo went nowhere either. Sometimes it's a wonder for me how she can do a 3A.

Rika would be better off as a man so that way she wouldn't get PCS penalties for inconsistency. What a bummer.

Rika's air time on everything looked very low by the way. Even the two triples she didn't fall on. And the 3T looked like a downgrade in slow-mo.

Just nerves. Her jump technique is almost perfect. Her abilty to focus and control her nerves is not

Ohhhhh Rika..she has been nurtured carefully. Her choreography and interpretation is noticeably better than last time I saw her. She has developed quite a performance side of her skating. I can see little Satoko here. (precise movements and delivering details and nuances throughout the program with care and attention).

But her jumps were all tight.. It is hard to have technicality and artistry all together. But I believe she is in the right track. Anyways, she is the (only) girl who can do a humble 3A3T2T
