In the UK at least, it is being broadcasted on Eurosport. I am finding the website very difficult to navigate to find timings, but when I get home I am happy to type up what has actually been scheduled on my physical TV if that'll help anyone. Why do they make it so confusing...!
Tabsy - I made out a Eurosport TV schedule post yesterday morning and posted it in the 2018-19 Television Schedule thread over in The Edge.

In fact, if you just give me a moment, I'll make a copy of it and post it in here too.
EDIT: Done. The copy is now just above your post.

Perfect - thanks! Now I can make sure I don't miss any. Is Eurosport Player free to access? I've never used it before.
I'm considering going to sleep super early on Friday to wake up at 3.30am, I'm that excited
Unfortunately not. It is a subscription service which you have to pay for on top of your Sky / Virgin package.
Here are the current rates:
Month Pass: pay £9.99 each month
Annual Pass: pay £4.99 per month (12 month contract, charged each month)
Annual Pass: pay £39.99 per year (12 month contract, charged up front)
All are auto-renewable. For more details, see:
https://gb.eurosportplayer.com/subscribe
The latter is the best value. But, you should be aware that they frequently do offers. I started out on the £4.99 per month, but then found they were offering the long contract for £29.99 per year. So, I switched to it. But, when it runs out in a couple of weeks, I will be charged the £39.99 per year.
So, it's up to you what you want to do.

Does anyone know if the events will be available on eurosport player after the evnts so you can watch afterwards when you missed some? (I live in sweden)
Im thinking about buying one month to watch the GPs
Yes, the Eurosprot Player includes an On Demand service.
Things that were shown on the additional streams on the Player are available for 30 days after they were first broadcast.
Things that were shown on the linear TV channels are only available for 7 days after they were first broadcast. BUT, please be aware that not everything from the linear channels gets archived. Usually, only LIVE broadcasts are archived.
Hope this helps

What other ways are there, for us in Europe who are likely to get geoblocked by the ISU stream?
Is the exhibition going to be aired or streamed anywhere for people in the US? So far I'm coming up with nothing.
