The 2021 Spring Star will be held Apr 9-11 in Minsk, Belarus, at the Chizovka Arena. The event will feature competitors from all four categories of figure skating in the advanced novice, junior and senior divisions.

The Advanced Novice Men's SP is starting. But, since I will be having my dinner in about 15 minutes anyway, I think I'll just pause it now and finish what I was doing. (There is a big gap of roughly 1h 30m between the end of this and the start of the Junior Short Dance, so plenty of time to catch up).

And from the older Advanced Novice girls, we move to the younger ones with the Advanced Novice Ladies (09-11) FS.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen the SP, because I decided to update the links in my reminder posts in between catching up on the older girls and the younger girls yesterday afternoon. And just as I was finishing that, the Day 1 stream had a copyright claim from Sony Music Entertainment slapped on it. So, this will be the first time I will be seeing the younger girls.

Didn't notice until there now but, unlike yesterday, there is no resurfacing in between the final group of the Advanced Novice Ladies and the single group of the Advanced Novice Men. So, after the last girl goes in this group, we will be going straight into the Warm-Up for the boys.

Also, again unlike yesterday, there will be no resurfacing in between the two Ice Dance segments. Which totally makes sense, as there are only 5 partnerships altogether. However, to confuse us, they have swapped the order around compared to yesterday. Today we have the Seniors going first, followed by the Juniors.

The organisers are trying to keep us on our toes!

Don't Move! The Advanced Novice Men's FS is coming on RIGHT NOW. There is no resurfacing between the girls and boys today. (Although, because the girls finished a bit earlier than planned, there was a bit of a gap).

I'll be leaving after the first skater to have my dinner. But, I'll play catch-up on the boys and the Ice Dancers when I finish eating.

With some of the latest withdrawals, Junior Ladies is the only event whose scores will be considered internationally.
All other events have only Belarusian skaters.

Day 3 starts now with a quadruple bill of Senior competitions. Due to lack of entries, we have the Senior Pairs SP (2 entries - 1 each for Interclub and ISU competitions), Senior Men's SP (2 entries) and Senior Ladies SP (2 entries) back-to-back.
