The coaching council always decides the final entries. Probably they saw he didn't have a medical permission to compete and removed him.

Omg, TAT complaining about unfairness of judging when Gorshenina/Makarov went into the lead over someone whose coaches she liked. Then ranting some more about unfair judging, than perking up when her-approved coach finally gets a couple ahead...what a giant bag of wind. I mean, a blind mole in a sack can see that Gorshenina/Makarov is the only promising couple in the lot...
