How to watch Channel One broadcast in 2023/24 season

This season there's no official Youtube stream. Replays are uploaded on this channel after a competition is over. There are two ways to watch the official broadcast:
1) Channel One website. The website is blocked in some countries by local providers. You can use Dutch VPN if you are from Europe, or Canadian VPN if you are from the USA to avoid the block.
2) VLC media player. Open this link: https://1tv-live-gcore.servicecdn.ru/dash-live3/streams/sport-1/sport-1.mpd via the player. This option is preferable because the broadcast quality will be better.

The official list from the Federation hasn't been released yet. But judging by Rudkovskaya's interview, Veronika misses the season entirely.

I am very sorry that our Veronika Zhilina is injured, and we don't realise yet how much longer the doctors will forbid her to do difficult jumps. In our show she will perform with the lightest content. For now we are not talking about quads or difficult combos.

She is being rehabilitated at the Dmitri Nikolaevich Dzyukaev Center. This is the best neurosurgery specialist in Russia, one of the best in the world. Nika is better, but things are not going as fast as we would like, it is a complicated injury. Zhilina has phenomenal potential, she can do three quads, triple Axels, but no athlete is immune to injuries. That is why this season is lost.

I watched the shows and I don't remember her jumping. Honestly, I barely noticed her. Although I'm not sure doing harness flying is safe with a shoulder/spine injury.

That's what I mean. They ice is is slippery even at 100% health let alone carrying a catastrophic shoulder injury.

Without Alisa, Margo has really no rival.
