I'm not sure who looks younger - Valeska or Katherine!

I take it they are sisters. Because according to Katherine's ISU Bio, she is only 8 years older than Valeska.

I wonder if we will be seeing them reversing roles at a competition soon. Katherine did a couple of Senior B's last season.

No, I don't remember Gamze İyiiş skating. She came before the skaters I was talking about earlier.

But, her student has slipped into 12th, just 1 position behind the highest of the Turkish skaters.

Funnily enough, the points gap between each of the Turkish skaters is about the same. It's just that there is nobody between Sena and Derya, but two skaters between Derya and Selin.

Olivia goes into 8th position, halfway between Noelle STREULI (POL) in 7th and Zhasmin SHLAGA (KGZ) in 9th.

I think Olivia is the older sister, because she was doing Juniors last season and Alica was doing Advanced Novices. But, there definitely isn't much of an age difference between them. They look about the same age.

With this in mind, I wouldn't be surprised if Alica is also competing in Juniors this season. Which will make things very interesting come Nationals!
