What's next football on ice?

I love the horror-esque nature of the music and the opening of this program juxtaposed with the pretty pink costumes and lyrical latter half. They are aiming to display both hate and love in a relationship, and you get that sense of dread with an abusive relationship with the joys of love. I appreciate they use different moves from the other skaters, I adored that hydroblade.

(Of course, H&C are practically the poster for an unhealthy relationship so it might be a good thing not to have it played out on the ice).

I think this program could be really special by Worlds. Wuthering Heights works for them and gives me some of the drama from Hitchcock way back. Some things to clean up, but fascinating in general.

I got teary eyed watching Piper & Paul here. I loved it.

Oh no, I wanted to like this.... but it's so damn affected and pretentious! It made my teeth ache the way a overimportant academic treatise on WH does.

Technically great, I can see that. I think we have WC frontrunners here, but I will be happy only to watch their RD from now on.

We're getting late 90s back in Ice Dance, lol. Trends are coming back in and out of FS.

Clear winners. I can't say I enjoyed that either, though. I'm not sure ice dance and I really gel - I enjoyed things up until the final 3 couples and they are the ones who I 'should' have liked best. The Brown's were my favourite.

Some day there will be a waltz for the rhythm dance and we'll see how the Brits fare. Like them, they are fun but, for me, lack precision greatness.
