FCSp?
StSq? (single axel within!)

SP: 57.06 (1st)

This is an extremely unique music choice that just screams Lara Naki, and I love the step sequence! I wish she'd stop going for the 3+3, because her 3F+2T combo is so solid and she normally gets rotation calls on her 3+3.
Has she been adopted?

Amber Glenn was on fire, and despite many past disappointments I hope she holds it together in the free. Liked the edgy program for Gubanova--well, for her it was edgy, lol. And no pastel dress. Another five, six years and she would add color.

The womens short was my first meeting with the Bergamo rink, cold and hardwood benches with no backrests - luckily it was not a very long competition and it was nice and warmish outside.

Local girls Lara Naki Gutmann and Anna Pezzetta had pretty good programs and particularly Pezzetta looked very good in the classical mode. Gian-Quen Isaacs was impressive with her spot on musical interpretation.

And obviously I loved Niina Petrokina, great choreo with interesting movements, just pity about the jumps.

Not sure about Gubanova's material girl, but maybe ok.

Kaori and tango are not perhaps a match made in heaven. She just does not have the ability to do the kind of sharp and tense movement that should be there (check Selevko in men's free for that!!!). Coming to the rink, we almost walked into her warming up outside and I did not recognize her with the blonde hair.

Amber Glenn was apparently totally forgettable afterwards - I did like it while it lasted, but I had to find a video to remind me what she looked like. Neither program is very interesting.

Sarah Everhardt's Riverdance was suprisingly good - it is a difficult music to choreograph, but they had made an ok cut and even the steps to the fast bits were tolerable.
