i never thought i'd see the day where she beats Kaori, but wow this was fantastic. absolutely not holding my breath for the FS, but what a great start to the season for her. i LOVE this program on her.

Scores: 22.49/22.55 - 44.04, into 16th

The panting sound effects in the music at one point made me feel Very Weird. Not the best day for jumps But I do think this music is very nice for her and will make for a nice package if she has a better day. She has nice polish and (aside from the weird panting break) it's really lovely music.

She kept her SP from last season then. Great

Glenn:Firstly how is that only 2 points ahead of Kaori?What's going on here?Super impressive from her.Showing how good her short is.Superb 3A + combo jumps.Crazy skate speed with really nice timing movements/jumps to music.Hope her mental is there for Free and rest of the season.She can be the best.

Kaori:Classic best 2A that exists.Felt like she could be a bit more energetic with her moves at first half of the program.Interesting change of personality(when it comes to skating) and hair ofc.There is room for improvement this,but already looked good even with < on combination.

Everhardt:Really good skate.Good interpretation of her program.She fells the program well.Nice Stsq with solid jumps.

Gubanova:As always when season starts she impress with her mature skate.Interesting and different dress than normal.Excellent job on combination jumps.Hope she keeps it entire season.

Watanabe:That was something i didn't expect to see from her.I was really into this program.Her body/hands movements slow + fast when need was amazing.Happy to see she tried 3A,she will need this.Quite a nice surprise.Also really nice project on the dress to show moonlight.May be favourite program for now.

Nina:Sadly missed combo,really good program and accent music with body.


I really need to see Chaeyeon and Yelim quickly cuz Korea is missing...

What a skate from Amber. I'm cheering wildly after watching the replay. The cartwheel and the "you're dismissed" sent me over the edge.

Sarah skates with a lot of speed and nice high jumps i'm surprised she doesn't do a harder combo then a 3t+3t. I will say if Ava comes back and Bradie and Alysa get back to where they were and Elyce keeps improving Nationals is going to be brutal in the ladies event.

Some people are saying why isn't Amber ahead by more, but she's in fact lucky that they missed the underrotated 3A. The judges also missed Kaori's flutz judge 1 even gave it a +4! The same judge gave -2 to Amber's underrotated 3A other most judges gave it +2. Judge 1 was probably correct in giving -2 for Amber's 3A, but then to completely ignore the flutz and give it +4 suggests a strong bias.

Poor Anastasia. That was a great performance. Jumps looked really good, just not reflected in the scoring for some odd reason .
