Wow, this was very good from Ahsun! The 3-3 combo looked good and the step sequence was well performed and choreographed to this floaty music that does not lend to setting it easily without much clear rhythm or melody.

An excellent start to the women's short programme, courtesy of Ahsun's clean skate. The spread eagle entry into the 2A was lovely, and she got a level 4 on her step sequence. I was surprised to see the layback spin was only a level 2, given the quality of the rest of her elements. A job very well done, and how happy she is!

Good girl, just the layback needing work (her back injury would've had an effect) otherwise strong. She'll be aiming to podium at the Ranking Competition soon, and she does have a strong chance at this point. I'm still despondent and angry but great job dearie
