I love this dress and program, Mia has so much refinement and elegance, and the opening lutz was stunning, but it's such a shame about the mistakes after.

Ach, Mia. Such a pity about the falls, because otherwise that was a beautiful programme.

The second fall was very strange. It's not often you see somebody fall on a spin, but that's the second time I've seen it happen in the past couple of weeks.

She's understandably very disappointed.

Into 4th. I thought the quality of the rest of the programme might have got her higher. But, the quality of the skating in this opening group has been so good.

I'm afraid Ted's probably right that she won't make it into the Free.

Yekaterina had an interesting warmup exercise before she went on the ice. She was frantically windmilling her arms forward in circles, then backwards. Her shoulders are quite flexible.
