What a fun program and great skate for Jana! She only stopped performing when it was time for a jump and then her smile popped right back on her face! She's a really fantastic spinner as well.

Jana. Pretty pink dress. Fun program she stayed committed to the choreography.

I've nothing against the girl herself. I just don't like the style of music that she makes. It's not my taste. At all.

And that seems to be the case with every song of her's that I have heard. So, unless she goes in a totally different direction (which I can't see happening, given how well her material does in the charts), I can't see that changing.

Barbie Candyman...

Two weeks ago at the Lõunakeskus Trophy, twice in one day I saw a skater come out wearing a pink dress and thought it would be either a "Barbie" or "Pink Panther" programme.

The first one was an Indian programme (including "Jai Ho"); and the second one was to "Nothing Else Matters". (It wasn't Metallica, though. It was a female singer whose voice was too sweet for a rock song).

Somehow, I think Jana's happy with how she did...

Into 2nd position.
