I think she'll skate, or at least is planning to. If she wasn't on the Moscow list to begin with, then added herself despite knowing she won't skate, why keep herself off the Omsk list? She would either refrain from both or put her name on both.
If the list is not updated it doesn't mean that the alternate doesn't know she wd.

Right, in that case there is no issue, if she they themselves only decided last minute as well. The suggestion was that she already knew she wasn't going to compete in advance, though.
I'm so glad Kudlai got another spot. Unfortunately, she has the same fierce competition here as last time, so advancing to Nats will be difficult.

Well, she definitely still wants to skate. Last season she constantly mused over her gratitude to just be on the ice, and how much she missed/needs it.
