According to the mixed-zone comments, Maddie had the stomach flu today. I wouldn't base that on her performance today since she wasn't at her best.

I admire bradie's grit so much. But I can't stand her programs. Neither suits her this season, and as I watch her, I can see her disconnect from the music. The free skate is an especially bad mismatch. Benoit is so distasteful in his choreography

Thought it was interesting in her interview with Chris she said going skiing made her miss skating and helped inspire her return.

It’s not just the jumps though. It’s the overall posture and extension. If she lands all her jumps, can she make worlds top 10? Sure, but that means some women with far superior skating skills have missed their jumps and that’s sad for skating. She was saying “What? What?” and look pissed in the Kiss and Cry during the SP, but it’s also about the overall skating skills. She has better choreography now to hide her flaws.
