In other news the Test Skates have come to an end and Ted is very impressed by Coachshenko and his team's work with Sasha T. I'm loving her new programs! She's settled in really well at the Academy and they look happy to have her :)

It is extraordinary how much respect and affection there is between Mishin and Plushy. I love them so much and I wish them many successes.

focused but isn't calm ....the way he chewed his chewing gum was ridiculous...The chewing gum helped him to overcome the difficulties in his life:laugh: He adores it!

:laugh: He's no Brian Orser that's for sure! But he's not at the level of the Professor either.

I also found it interesting that in Sasha T's interview after the FS, the interviewer asked about Plushy seeing mistakes in real time and offering advice as soon as the program ends - I noticed him doing that. Sasha says they do go back and look over the performance, but Plushy really was able to say what went wrong with the quad lutz right away and how to fix it. Do coaches usually do that? The interviewer's question seem to indicate no.

Papa Mishin mode activated! That's so sweet. I do regret a bit that Plushy didn't start his coaching career working with Mishin, but the Academy is going so well right now, it's only a tiny regret. :)

It was a bit nasty to Plushy, I would never call him egotistical or arrogant, more like self-confident. I did find the bit at the end about him being "mysterious and cheerful" quite odd, how does that even work :laugh:

Indeed! There's already been a lot of comment about whether she's in the right place, I have to admit I don't see a connection with her and Plushy the same as Sasha T's, but she's got a sponsor and Sergei R so it should be okay.

Strangely, I found this article more funny than mischievous. I think I would translate the arrogance that is talked about in self confidence which is a quality in Evgheni rather than a defect. Anyway, I may not have understood all the nuances and I think that the journalist was a little malicious but not very bad. Sorry!:confused:

This post was dedicated to their wedding anniversary. They got marriage in 09. 12. 2009 only front of officials. In 09.16. 2017. the got marriage in church. That was a big party as we can see.
