Because they don't skate with a mood of impending doom every time they approach a jump. Alissa doesn't skate with speed or attack. Plus, she's enormously inconsistent . . . a big judging "no, no."

Alena is 18 years old. Wow, big score for her. Go Rachael!! That definitely is last year's SP dress. Maybe a bit of change in the one shouldered aspect, but it does look like the same dress. Ack, she just botched the planned 3-3, was that even a 3-1? Other than that, very good skate! Should go into first, no problem.
