Miki's interview in a Russian magazine

you can find a photo of Miki, with a caption:
"Miki Ando, spectator at Junior Worlds, presents the Russian skating magazine with an interview with her"

This is obviously not the interview done by the Bulgarian newspaper "24 hours" mentioned in the Junior Worlds site.
That was done just before she was leaving Sophia, but in this photo Miki already holds this Russian magazine in her hands.

Would someone in or near Russia kindly tell us about this interview?

Judging from the pic alone, I think it's a possibility that the website's editor actually meant "Miki Ando, spectator at Junior Worlds, presents a Russian skating magazine with an interview with her (in it)", where he/she mistook the Japanese skating magazine for a Russian magazine due to indiscernibility of the characters used on the pages Miki displayed.

Could someone in the know tell me about the lady (journalist, I believe) that poses with Denkova in the pic in the first row, the second column? I've seen spotted her quite often in TV coverage of major international competitions when they show skaters in the backstage. It says her name is Tatjana but I'm wondering what her last name is and where she's from, etc. Thanks in advance.
