Is it just me or does anyone feel that Yu/Jin took a page from the Alissa Czisny costume design book?

ALSO WHY IS REQUIEM FOR A DREAM NOT BANNED YET?!?!?!

Li
Li

Nice performance. They did the elements clean, but not a lot of expression. Also her dress looks like Alissa's FS dress from last season.

Because it's awesome. That 90% of skaters don't realize how to choreograph/skate to it is disappointing.

Very mechanical skating from Yu/Jin, especially from Xiaoyu. But no obvious mistakes, which is always wonderful.

L/S: Lots of little bobbles. Can see it improving, but right now, the two slots for the Canadian pairs are being sent elsewhere. And what was with that death spiral. Lovely entrance, but WTH about the actual element.

I agree with you. It's such powerful music but no one has been able to skate to it well. P/B is the only version I could somewhat tolerate...

I'm a sucker for Philip Glass but I don't think this team did well to pick him. Maybe S/S or M/T could pull it off.

Awful unison skating and a scary lift where he had to check his balance with his free arm but some nice landings by Jessica.

I can't get past the atrocious look of I&M. Her being a little drag man accentuates their size difference. She looks about 6 years old and I hate the whole program. Doubt they'll score too well either.
