Frozen pizza. I’m getting paid today so can make healthy grocery order. A lot of my fruits and veg went bad when I was in the hospital and had to be thrown out.

story of my life is managing fruit and veggies shelf life.... i eat A LOT of veggies... so I order a lot.. but then, if i am watching figure skating non-stop for 3 days.. nobody is cooking them... and then i end up with the urge to cook or else, they will go to trash... as we don't even have compost bins here where I live (too downtown) I have become extremely vigilant .... on the program for today... gotta cook 1kg of mushrooms among other things...

A big pot of soup with all the "old but gold" vegetables is how I usually manage. Then you can freeze it.

I at least live in a house and can throw them in the flower/vegetable beds. I had just ordered a bunch of fruit before I went in the hospital.
