2023-24 Russian Nationals Men's Short Program

The stream finally started to work at the end of Semion's skate. All greens, i guess he did well?

I pronounced it when he fell on the 4T, but then he did the 4S+3Lo. It was Gleb's first Senior Nats and despite the fall, he made a strong impression. But it's like there's been no progress on anything since then.
Indeed and you just have to wonder why. He's got so many good qualities but being competitive is not one of them.

I did :( Poor Gleb.

I'm surprised you weren't more confused about how I got a toast crumb in my eye...because that's definitely confusing to me!

The stream is gone again :( But Semion was doing great from what I saw!
hon, everything that happens down under is confusing at best. anyway how you managed to do it?

He used to be pretty consistent. Only if there were health problems did he make a lot of mistakes. I thought he would work on the non-jumping elements, stamina and become a very strong skater. But for some reason there is no progress.

Well this music sounds like Petr is trying to open the gates of Hell, but hey you gotta do what you gotta do to land those quads ;)

Apart from the 3A fall that was boss! :cheer:

I also just realised they must have had a draw for start numbers.

Apart from the fall this was so much better than I remember him doing this program.
Good decision to not go for the Lutz I think.
