I wanted a medal for Quebec women as clearly, there is a lot of talent coming from that province... and it's been a while since Joannie and Cynthia (and Amélie though I didn't like her much LOL)

I can definitely see her with a three axle. You hear people talking about that all the time and it never comes to fruition, but she has such incredible lift and amplitude I could see it happening just needs to work on Landings a bit more so she can control the power of a three axle

take that Skate Canada.... we have been telling you that we need more women with tech minimums if ever Maddie is not herself.

She missed a combo, pop and a fall. Some of those jumps did not look rotated either, kaya should win this but let's see.

Well that was a fight for Maddie all the way through. The lutz used to be such a solid jump for her, I wonder what has happened?

I just feel like she seems to have lost her joy of performing. A few years ago she went out there and looked like she relished being in front of the crowd. That seems to be gone. She seems so careful now instead. She needs to get that joy back, and I'm not sure how she does it.

That was a weird fall on the loop. Looked like she had it.
