Deservedly so. If your landing on the first jump is not ideal and your jumps are already UR prone, don't try to force out a 3T - A 3T<< with massively negative GOE on the combo is worth less than a +2T with slightly negative GOE.

I think Kaiya has maybe been re-working her jump technique to address the rotation issues. The combo was really messy but I actually think it was a step in the right direction.

Someone poured treacle on Kaiya's music, making it ponderous rather than powerful. Get it OFF!

With all the love I have for Kaetlyn, I am irritated that she’s going on only about Kaiya’s improvement and “it’s a learning process” while Sara-Maude got “At this level you can’t get away with errors like that and expect to be competitive for the very top” like either be generous to both or treat both harshly….especially since Sara-Maude actually is still competitive here

Kaiya... your levels... it's been a consistent issue and it's killing your score, especially with the spins, today she had a CCoSp1V that earned her just 1.71 points

This was one of Maddie's best skates in a long time - not only were the jumps fantastic, but this program has really grown so much since the start of the season. I loved the choreo choices within the combo spin and her commitment throughout the whole program. She's going to have a huge lead going into the free.
