Seriously, though. I love "Chasing Cars", but I really don't like this version. It sounds too clinical.

Maybe I'm biased, but it just doesn't sound right being sung by somebody that doesn't have a Northern Irish accent.

Lovely skate to start with, though.

If it's any consolation, I haven't seen the Pairs either. I'm keeping them until after this is over.

Sofia's in the next group. Penultimate skater before the first resurfacing. She's due to start in 45 minutes from now.

I promise I was planning on doing PBPs but circumstances have changed slightly due to life life-ing. Hopefully I can do the next few groups. In the meantime, I'm so happy our spooky little witch had such a good skate! She really impressed me on the JGP and did so well in her SP today!

Good Double Axel to start with.

Not the best landing on Triple Lutz.

Not sure about combination jump. She might have landed a bit early on both parts of it.

But spins were lovely. In fact, everything was lovely.

Ted says she is the first skater today (Pairs or Ladies) to not have any reviews. So, that sounds promising.

He seems impressed.

Very happy skater and coach waiting for the scors.

And so they should be. She goes into a nearly 10 point lead.

Oh, I hope it is enough to get into the Free.
