Okay, now for my favorite junior. Sherry has the SS that most US juniors lack.

This is a hard program to sustain for a recent jr. Still I think LH-C did a pretty good job. Points left on the ice. I'm wondering who jr Worlds team will be. I think not LH-C.

I had to smile at Sonja’s “Viking” program skating to Eivor’s “Trollabunden” (Spellbound) and Savage Daughter, two of my favorite songs .. a remarkable skate!! Well done!!

Sherry has that calm demeanor, solid technique and killer instinct much like Michelle Kwan did and as I type this she does a gorgeous spiral.

Sherry is so good, her skating skills are phenomenal, her jumps have so much speed out, she has great flexibility, and she's an incredible performer. Tonight wasn't her night, but it will be soon, and her SP lead will really help her out in a messy event.

Get Sherry some more funding! Some great jumps and moments in that program. Curious to see more of her in future years.

I'm sure this wasn't exactly what Sherry wanted tonight, but a very good skate for her! That fact that she was still able to pull out that big combo is insane to me! Very impressive and I'm excited to see more from her!

I think so. At junior worlds, she was messy but her SS and basics were up at the top with the Japanese women and Jia. Inconsistent, yes. She doubts herself. However, the potential is remarkable.

Well Sherry did not skate her best but I love her attack and precision. She is such a dynamic skater. I still love her.

This is my opinion, too. It's not a technical problem. Her technique is actually quite good. It's a confidence problem. She went through a growth spurt and lost her jumps (normal) but just hasn't gotten her timing or confidence back.

Definitely my feeling too.. I would hate to see her give up after all the years she has put in.
