Another Brick... strings

3F-3T good but slightly tight on 3T
3a 2-footed and big stumble... and ultimately given UR
3Lz also 2-footed i think(?)

presentation good as usual, but maybe not his very sharpest

66.88 5th place

Patrick was all kinds of spectacular. No way he's not first:

3 axel - dead on
3flip 3toe- gorgeous
3lutz -perfect

This was a great performance. Class of the field by a mile.

WOW! Sounds like Patrick delivered like Domino's! What a great moment for him and a relief I'm sure to get the monkey off his back from the disappointment of the GPF. Chan is the MAN!!:bow::rock::clap:

tango music

...basically nailed it

3a nice
3F-3T
3Lz beautiful right out of footwork

looked comfortable and in control throughout.
SL footwork has some awfully impressive moments - so difficult yet so fluid
nonsotp movement in this program

88.89 points! not a typo

You know...For the most part, that was a pretty decent Senior Mens Short Program.

Thanks for the entertainment Guys!!

On another note, I was impressed with Chipheur. He was a LOT more artistic than he has been in the past. His program is apparently choreographed by Kurt Browning and the always quirky Garry Beacom, and it seems to fit him like a glove. I found the footwork particularly impressive.

Reynolds's costume is awful. The wisps of red at the wrists are atrocious. He looked like someone with no fashion sense whatsoever dressed him up in a what she thought was a cute little costume. It particularly stood out against the rest of the guys who were all quite toned down and modern.

Really enjoyed Sawyer's program. Too bad the 3a was downgraded and he had the two foot on the lutz.

oh Shawn:frown::no::cry: Ugh, I hope he can pull up in the LP. I will try and be positive and say he's 5.01pts out of 2nd. How heart breaking :frown:

Chan score is crazy high. If he left out half his long program he will still win. I believe kevin has a very good chance of medaling. I don't trust vaughn in the free skate.

Shawn is only a little over 3 points out of 3rd, and 5 out of 2nd... not insurmountable if he skates well, though Vaughn would probably have a lock on 2nd if he skates well.

Fedor showed that he needs to be better trained coming into this field, i think. It's about *owning* the ice, and for all his charisma, he is not there by a long shot.

There were many enjoyable programs here.
