Okay, odd costumes here. Is Shabalin superman or something? And what's up with using the ropish things on the costumes during the lifts?

What is it with the hideous costumes this year? I will hand it to V & M for most beautiful, appropriate and tasteful costumes. That "rope" lift by the Russians should be off limits.

Loved Tessa's dress, but it was so low cut I was scared she wsa going to pop out!

Dom/Shab. The first twizzle sequence looked awful as well as their second one. Looks a bit slow to me as well. I see no life to this program. What happened to their second to the last lift? It looked a little sloppy to me. Kind of a let down compared to the rest of the final flight.

They received 101.4 as their score, just enough to receive a bronze medal....

That's the point of hometown cooking, they get graded higher then they should of. Davis and Meryl were on a different level then anyone tonight

Rubbish, everyone's been complaining that the judges are weighted towards the Russians so how the hell are they suddenly giving it to the Canadians. They won because they had the Grade of Excellence to match their technical ability and their performance ability.

Put it this way, Robin Cousins has just said it was one of the most amazing experiences in watching Virtue and Moir in his whole career. Unless he's suddenly had a change of citizenship, I don't see him being particularly biased either way.

The sport is truly gone done the drain, when a racially offenisve team like D/S who are an embarresment to the sport win a medal over Belbin/Agosto, who led the charge to make the US a power house in ice dancing.

I thought V/M was a little overscored in their skate tonight--I expected around 107, not 110. But they deserved 1st place overall. :/

Hmmm I finally got to watch this live and Davis/White disappointed me, their last step sequence had no juice left, explains why Virtue & Moir surpassed them in that GOEs...

there were no CAN, USA, RUS judges, fair panel!

The Brit Eurosport commentators just said V/M just took ice dance to a whole new level after T&D !! Premature statement or not i guess he agreed with the results too...
