I remember once in a GP when I suddenly realised - to my horror - that two of the pairs teams both had POTO as their LP... I felt uncommonly ill done by... Honestly, I'd rather watch 5 Carmens in a row - using the exact same music at that - than even one POTO... I just don't care for it. I will feel like I'm stuck in some particularly nasty Twilight Zone-ish type nightmare...

So far I have the most hope for Kanako's LP - I've seen some practice clips and she seems fierce enough to make the program entertaining (plus, she said she'll be portraying Phantom, not Christine). Yuzuru can get pretty fierce, too, plus his jump layout can make the program exciting regardless of the music. Still, so many PotOs in a row... hwell:

Yeah, at least I hope there are some variation from the skaters.

Notre, Romeo and phantom are not the same, please. Have you taken some look at the practice clips? It's very different. I mean, at least the choreographer is not the same one. It's not Romeo 3.0

I agree, they are all in a similar style. If he want to use overused music I wish he go for rach 2 instead , at least he must be more lyrical.

Imagine if Hanyu, Mura, and Martinez all go to Four Continents, with Gold and Murakami there as well... (which I think is very possible) Five singles POTO in the same competition! LOL and at the same time hwell:

Mura and Hanyu will most likely skate in the same group and same with Gold and Murakami so we might actually get back to backs

Some news clips have 4T+2T and 3A+3T, so maybe 2T and 3T will be interchangeable depending on landing of 4T.

3A+1Lo+3S looks really interesting, did anyone else jump it? I haven't seen such combo before :think:

I saw only Plushenko doing 3A-1Lo-3F in olympics 2002 and Yagudin doing 3A+1lo+3S at worlds 2001 but he fall on it as I remember. Don't remember other doing this but maybe someone was



But this combo looks amazing from Yuzuru, and I want to see it in competition !
