Now I’m a little worried for Zijun’s programs.
It is really quite obviously that Zijun is one of Lori's favorites and fits her princess epitome much more than, say, gracie. I have a strong belief she prioritizes zijuns program rather highly due to this affinity for her. Disappointed in Yan Han’s FS music cut. Lori only used one song Kissing You mixed with a little bit of another drum song, and they’re not mixed well. Hanyu’s version by Nanami is a much better cut. Looks like Lori runs out of idea. Making too many programs at the same time?
That’s just what I worry. I don’t want Zijun to have another princess program this year. She has done those programs many many times. I think the judges also want to see growth in her artistry. I really hope Lori can develop something new in Zijun, not just the princess program again.
Fair enough. I guess it's just my guilty pleasure to see her skate them, because she's one of the few girls I actually want to see doing a princess program, since she is so gorgeous and can actually pull them off [emoji14]
Yes they’re gorgeous ladies who look like princesses
But I look at Mao, yes she often skates to princess programs like Nocturne, but she at least tried other program like Bells of Moscow once, yet people still complain she always skates to classical programs… I think people want to see skaters try different styles, classical and modern, princess and non princess. I hope someday Zijun will develop into a full skater.

Han's new program from what we've seen thus far. I'm a sucker for the music, and I think the softness suits his skating style (his effortless use of his knees...is that what I'm picking up on?) very, very well. Glad to see him getting away from his showman-esque programs for his LP this season and doing something different. I am all about this Kissing You program. gotta hand it to Japan and their love of figure skating where a foreign skater's program can elicit such a response.
