OMG. I'm so excited for this
Mikhail debuted the NBC program at the Gardena Spring Trophy. This was his first competition after being out all season with an injury, so I'm sure it will look better by the autumn. Maybe he can borrow Kevin Van Der Perren's old skeleton costume.

Thanks. This is great. I like the music selection but the transition between the cuts could be better. Maybe he should definitely get that old skeleton costume for Der Perren just to add some extra kookiness and quirkiness to the programme.

For what it's worth, maybe Firebird will be a good selection for Gracie. Not terribly excited by the music choice but let's see how it goes...

Is she even choosing the music? If she's going to skate to it for the whole season, she should be making the choice on what she wants. And not just her, I mean all skaters should have the liberty on choosing music.
Or maybe ask fans for suggestions. Like Anna Pogorilaya did.

I think Gracie has more control and power over her image than people give her credit for. If you look at her social media sites she isn't that different looking than her on ice appearance. People always say she is being made up to look a certain way but really...I thinks it's just who she is. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that she actually likes and enjoys the music she chooses.
Although....I'd prefer to see her find something that would work with this costuming

I think Courtney Hicks also asked for suggestions, too. Maybe I'm jaded, but I didn't add a suggestion to either one of them.
What's the point when there's a 99% chance that they will just pick one of the tried-and-true classics anyway, as opposed to something more original, different, or new?
And I have the same question: who is picking the music for these skaters? I have a difficult time believe that teenagers would be choosing a lot of this music of their own accord.

Firebird is really the only warhorse program I would say Anna has used. I think she was probably overwhelmed by suggestions, but I also don't think she is someone who is going to play it safe. She chose "Rise Like A Phoenix" by herself, after all.
